Fast sites that get found.
A fast website is a findable website. A findable website is a fast website. In 2026 that's the same story — and we build sites that deliver on both at once.
Performance means: how fast your website loads. Not "fast enough," but actually fast — within one to two seconds you see something, you can do something, something happens.
SEO means: how easily does Google find you. Or Bing. Or a customer searching for "motion design Rotterdam".
These used to be two different things. A "web developer" did speed, an "SEO agency" did findability. Today they've become the same thing: Google demotes slow sites in the rankings. A fast site ranks better, a slow site loses customers — simply because they're already gone before the page finishes loading.
We treat it as one job: speed and findability together, built in from the very first line of code.
- Images at the right size. A 5MB product photo isn't needed on your homepage, and your visitors will wait forever. We optimise them automatically — smaller files, sharp visuals, no waiting.
- No more code than needed. Some sites load hundreds of libraries they barely use — like a backpack you've packed for three vacations at once. We keep it light.
- Show first, talk later. Visitors want to see something immediately. We make sure the page is ready to go before all the clever bits behind the scenes have to start running.
- Test on real phones. Not just on a MacBook with perfect fibre. Google ranks based on how your site performs for real users — often on a three-year-old Android with patchy 4G. That second number is what counts.
- The right "name tags" on your content. Google wants to know what a page is — a service, a blog, an FAQ. We add those labels neatly so the search engine understands what you're talking about and shows your page to the right people.
- Languages handled properly. A Dutch and English version aren't "just the same site twice." We make sure Google knows which version goes to whom — otherwise you end up with two sites eating each other's rankings.
We've been building fast sites for years. Not because we pull tricks later on, but because they're set up that way from day one — from the very first design file we're already thinking about how to keep it as light as possible.
Bolting on speed afterwards costs three times as much as doing it right the first time. And it never works as well. Same goes for SEO: a well-built site ranks better automatically, because it does exactly what search engines expect — no tricks, no plugins, no backlog of fixes.
For you that means: no separate invoices for "optimisation later," no waiting on an SEO agency to come round and take a look. A Pixelstreet site is fast and findable — simply because that's how we build it.
